- 1.Operational understanding of one or more relevant finance processes (as below) and related transactions/end to end flows. 2.Decent understanding of financial statements (Profit & loss, Balance sheet) with an ability to envisage impact of transactional accounting to ensure quality/completeness for internal/external reporting 3.Analysis of general ledger and other financial data/generate required MIS 4.Understanding of internal control requirements for various relevant process areas and experience with diligent control executions. 5. IFRS knowledge - good to have 6.General Accounting, Closing & Reporting (including Fixed Assets) 7.Accounts receivable (including Inter-company) 8.Good communication skills is a must.
