  For some clients, we provide full bookkeeping services on a weekly basis; for others, we provide month-end reconciliations and financial reporting; and for others, we provide training so they can handle their own bookkeeping.
  
  For weekly clients:
  We process vendor invoices, prepare check runs and cash position reports, process payroll, balance bank accounts, and create monthly profit and loss statements.
  
  For monthly and weekly clients
  We provide reconciled financial statements (income statements and balance sheet) which our clients turn over to their CPA s so that the year-end process is efficient and more streamlined. We can also work with your CPA for you.
  
  For Bookkeeping Training & Setup:
  
  For business owners who wish to handle their own accounting, we can set up their accounts in QuickBooks and provide all of the necessary training to get them up and running.
  
  For those business owners who have yet to get their systems in place, we will reconcile their books to their last tax filing, balance bank accounts, and prepare income statements for the current fiscal year. We then set up systems so the remainder of the year is organized and ready for the next tax filing.
  
  We provide ongoing training and support as needed - staying with the owner or their bookkeeper throughout the entire set-up.
  
  We have over 20 years of accounting experience and are QuickBooks Pro Certified and a member of the AIPB. We are also well versed in Peachtree
