Invitation for GREENIZEN 2016 Namaste, This is to invite your esteemed institutions for A Green Event that is planned in the Green Month - 5th June to 5th July. Please join hands and participate in this beautiful event!! How can YOUR school help this initiative? We invite you to participate in this noble program with your students from class 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th. We appreciate if you can get your school band for the rally/jatha. You can display your school banner in the rally; it is suggested to make some placards/banners relevant to the event about importance of GOING GREEN for the kids to display during the rally. Extensive media coverage will be done. Information about the Event: A slur of words used on a day to day basis might confuse us as to what exactly is it to go green!! People usually think it is expensive to go green and always put off doing the most simple and obvious things. A simple and fun filled day to promote the concept of go-green and smart living has been strategized, the fruition of which will lead to the first step in restoring the shine of the recently rusty garden city of India. Date and Venue:15th June 2016, Tanishq Boutique, Bannerughatta Road, Bangalore. 9:45AM Registration 10:00AM-11:00AM Drawing Competition (children to get stationary and colors, sheet will be provided) Topic: Green Blue. 11:10AM Green Jatha - School children, Citizens from various sectors will walk a distance of 0.5 Km to appeal the citizens to adapt environment friendly way of living.
