• Dual Partners is Now Hiring Client Support Professionals www.dualpartners.org Dual Partners is currently looking to hire Client Support Professionals for a sub contract position in the Albuquerque, NM area. This means more money in your bank account for two reasons: taxes are not withheld and because you are not employee, but a contractor you can put in more than 40 hrs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Answer and resolve on first call customer billing questions, scheduling appointments, or technical problems. Customers can call in for many reasons. Being ready to answer and resolve any questions or problems is important to the success of the call. Also being ready to answer calls when you are scheduled not only drives down the wait time for our customers, but it shows the dedication you have to help your client out when they need you the most. Qualifications and Requirements All CSP’s must have a work station set up in a quiet work environment to be able to provide the necessary services for the clients. Client Support Professionals will need a home office that is quiet and conducive to you conducting business. You should always keep in mind that Client Support Professionals are trusted to create a working environment in your homes that does not affect the experience of the customer of the Clients with whom you are interacting. A good home office includes: 1. A computer (Windows Vista is not currently supported) 2. High-speed internet 3. A POTS line (Plain Old Telephone Service) or VoIP/Digital Phone Service/Cable 4. A telephone headset with keypad 5. A VoIP headset for certification courses 6. A desk with ample space and a comfortable desk chair 8. Proper lighting How to Get Started.
